Looks like it's time to check your Machine for Bit-Errors.

Prime95 might be a good start :
http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm

Use the Self-Test / Stress-Test feature; any singe Bit error (caused by faulty RAM, or too hot timings) should show up after a while.

Yes... Looks like I have some serious problem on my pc..
It locks up just in few seconds after the prime test start.
I have no idea why. It is not heating problem and no other hw changed since last year.
Now I´have something better to do than watch television 'in/over' the night.
