I think this discussion-forum help desk system is sort of crappy. If there is a problem that only one person needs the answer to, it is unnecessary to expose the question to the entire world. It would be easier and more convenient if the answer was emailed back by the seti-staff.

I know that the people working for seti@home and boinc have other things to do, so the best solution might be to have both a "contact us" page and a help-desk forum, but i haven't found any "contact us" thing anywhere.

Anyone else who agrees?

PS. Also, if you have discussion-thread it would be convenient if the sorting drop-downs worked as well...
