With BOINC client boinc_4.05_i686-pc-linux-gnu on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 ES I have started getting messages like this, after which not all four processors are running boinc programs. Right now only one.

Is this a new feature? If so, what should I be expecting to happen?

Or is it a bug? If so, what would you like to know that I might be able to tell you?

Now only one setiathome is running and no Predictor stuff (although I have work units), and no ClimatePrediction stuff (although I think I have a work unit: I have never run that before).

Yes, this is a new feature.

If you are using more than one project, boinc switches from one project to an other project. On my Windows-Computer this happens nearly every hour.

Well, for me, it has now three processors shut off, even though there are a lot or setiathome work units ready to run. There are a few Predictor work units ready to run, and there may be (hard for me to tell) a ClimatePrediction work unit to run. I am in doubt about ClimatePrediction, since I joined to that project yesterday and nothing has run yet. It did download a program and some other stuff:

Is this a work unit:
