Just a suggestion here. Seems like everyone is always in the dark as to whats up and whats down. Maybe put a little traffic light on the website with green for all up, yellow for some servers up, and red for all down. Put the details below it showing each server. Maybe this can be put on the client also, but on the web page would tell everyone quickly whether things are up or down
