The news entry says "If your cache is empty of all valid workunits and you have any of the bogus workunits, then reset the project." I detached from the project, and the messages said "resetting project". But the bogus workunits didn't disappear. I uninstalled boinc, and reinstalled it. They're still there! Please help. What am I doing wrong? How do I get rid of these blighters? Art Smith |

My guess would be: 1. Uninstall BOINC 2. Delete the folder as it seems as though the directory isn't completely removed 3. Re-install BOINC That should do as there are no more workunits or anything on your comp.. |

Right click on the project, select reset. Answer "Yes" when asked if you really want to reset the project. Worked fine for me, except that when I tried to get new WUs, I got this reponse: SETI@home - 2004-08-27 00:45:09 - Message from server: No work available SETI@home - 2004-08-27 00:45:09 - No work from project |

You should not need to "Reset" unless you have "Bogus" work units. I just finished my last two wu's and low and behold, as the last wu was uploading, here comes two more just in time for my P4-HT rig. :) |
