Yes, after they all update to the latest version. CPDN is allready there, Seti should change soon, and predictor is expecting to wait until sep 9 or so to change. John Keck BOINCing since 2002/12/08 |

Makes me wonder why the hell they can't all get around the proverbial table and fix a single date where all projects upgrade on the same day... That way they could shutdown the "send" half of the system a couple of days (or whatever) beforehand so as queues will be empty so no work is lost on machines during the upgrade. Shutting down the "send" while keeping open the "recieve" until the last minute will stop WUs going out, whilst allowing the results to still be returned. Having all projects upgrade on the same day would have the advantage that we wouldn't have to wait for the "straggler" when running multiple projects. Let me know how you feel... |

> Let me know how you feel... In theory a good idea - but I doubt very much that the individual science applications would all be ready at the same time... --
Regards, Paul - Just slowly BOINCing along...
|

Then is there any way that I can run all different versions? Ever since I upgraded to v4.05, only Climate Prediction works. |
