It wanted to know that it happens. When it begins to process a WU 60% processes it in less than 30, 35 minutes and 40% rest take +3 hours. so that?

The estimation thing uses a VERY bad algorithm. Don't pay any attention to the percent complete until it says at least 80%.

Actually, the indicated "To Completion" BEFORE your machine begins processing a unit is a pretty good estimate. There will be some that finish much faster, but generally it's pretty close.
