I am not certain that I understand the question. CPU usage right now? CPU usage over the lifetime of the program? CPU usage recently?

CPU usage right now is a service of the OS, and in windows is available in the task manager.

CPU usage recently can be found in the client_state.xml file in your BOINC directory. It is separated by projects, and is taggec exp_avg_cpu. exp_avg_cpu along with your resource shares is what is used to determine which project to attempt a download of work from next.

As far as I know, the total CPU usage for the lifetime of the program is not available.
