I can't find any specific advice on this error message (last line below) in the Wiki.

Linspire 5.0 Debian Linux on a home network (Linksys BEFSR41v.2 router) My two other XP boxes on the same network are communicating with seti properly.

It looks like the seti servers has a problem since the last days. Please retry it, some requests will be accepted from the servers.

Thank you, I will just let it check at it's own pace. I was just worried that my two XP boxes connect successfully, whilst the Linux box does not (yet).
