I just installed the client 3.20 on a notebook that not had boinc installed formerly, tried to detach to http://setiathome.berkeley.edu with my account ID and got the following message: SETI@home - 2004-08-05 20:03:12 - Message from server: To participate in this project, you must use major version 4 of the BOINC core client. Your core client is major version 3. After that the client detaches from the project. Everything else looks fine in the rest of the messages. The Scheduler responds and on my other machines the same client 3.20 installation runs without any problems at the moment. All other machines use the same account ID as used above. Does anyone know what that means?
