I keep getting messages that a unit is finished and is being uploaded and the upload is complete. HOWEVER, I have yet to see any credits on the web site and there's no mention of any transfers on BOINC 3.20 (Windows XP on a 2.0Gig machine).
Also, when the screen saver runs, it tells me that the computer is secured and it can't function. Any ideas about this?
Of course it would be nice to have a user's manual, but I suspect it's a long ways down the list of priorities.

1) The Transfers tab on the BOINC GUI only shows transfers that are IN PROGRESS or are waiting. It is NOT a history list; it will NOT show you transfers that have already completed.

2) You won't get any credit until the unit has been sent to three different hosts (including yours), returned by ALL THREE hosts, and then verified/validated. Any of those steps can take quite some time; the deadline for hosts to return a unit is two weeks, and the verify/validate tools are overloaded and very slow.
