I connect using a modem, but in general I do so at regular times each day. Would it be possible to have a schedule feature where you could tell Boinc/Seti when to try and make contact each day. This would greatly remove the number of messages generated.
I notice there is an option to limit when Seti/Boinc runs but that isn't what I want.

By checking the disable network access option in the file menu BOINC will not attempt to connect until you uncheck it. This option will reset when the client is restarted.
