Okay after an entire day of not getting a scheduler to connect, I finally got a cgi-succeeded! message. However the error that followed said this:

SETI@home - 2004-07-22 16:04:04 - Message from server: Not sending work - last RPC too recent: 3 sec

What does that mean? I don't have any WU's and thought all of mine were already UL'd. In addition I haven't connected all day so how could my last RPC be too recent?

It means that the last time that the server was contacted was less than 10 minutes age. It doesn't matter whether you have WU to crunch or not, everyone has to wait 10 minutes between server contacts.
