Should seti@home be doing 2 projects at once?? Its doing it now on my computer.

I assume you mean 2 instances of Seti running on 1 non-hypertheaded cpu? This is a known bug in the Seti client. There are several threads about it in number crunching. It might me a good idea to report it there.

PS: If you are running a multiprocessor computer BOINC will run clients (eg Seti) on 2 processors by default.

PPS: Couldn't see what sort of computer you are running as it is hidden. I assume its an Apple.
