Is there a way to change the text clour and background colour, i have tryed body but they already have one is there another way?

Are you talking about posts or team description or something else entirely?

Either way I don't think you can change the backgound of the entire page, but there *might* be a way. Text color on the page can be changed using the FONT color="COLORNAMEorHEXcode">/FONT>. I left the less than signs on there so that it would actually show up. The color names are either the 8 basic computer colors or the 16 basic colors. I don't remember which exactly. You can also use the RGB hex codes (#00FF00 is lime for example). For backgrounds, you can create a table and set the background color of the table (and maybe even an image, but I'm not quite sure. That's also only if the table tag is allowed.
