Using Vers. 4.45, Stats tab has no info

It picked up where the previous version(4.19) left off. When you look under the projects tab you can see all the credit to date. Now when I go to the "B" Statistics tab it is blank. There is no user data there when I click on the radio buttons "Show USer Total" " Show User Average" and so forth. Is this a bug??? Any help would be nice.
