Hello to all. My question is how come even though I've analyzed 145 units since 2003 totaling 1152hours 10 minutes and 50.1 sec. I am receiving absolutely no credit for it, zero, nada, ziltch on the statistics section of this web site? My account has been activated in the new format, so what's the deal? I get the impression that I won't be credited for anything if my computer were to actually find something important. Also, how come there is no technical support or contact link on this web site?

Aw, screw it, I down loaded boinc, but nothing happened. Since I am not getting credit for what I am doing, I guess I'm just gonna delete the whole thing. I'm very disappointed in SETI.

You just picked a bad time to try to connect and get work from BOINC. One of the servers was throwing a tantrum and not downloading or uploading much work for anyone.

There are several reasons for not transferring credit:
1) Not all classic users are going to be able to activate their old accounts - mostly because of lost emails and passwords.
2) Cheating was a problem with S@H classic, so much so that it was affecting the science. I have heard estimates that probably more than half of the top 100 cheated to get there.
3) The conversion factor is unknowable.
