I have seen the transitioner typically 1-2 hours behind throughout the current nightmare. Why is this the case, because very few results are being uploaded?
Is the delay likely due to the current operational problem (hardware/software/??) or is it a warning about what will happen when the next 100K users join boinc/seti?

Good question.

Also, koloth also serves as a file deleter and (very wild uninformed guess) may be too busy to keep pace and keep the disk area clear? So where is the upload/download server listed on that page?
