I've found that if I try to run Boinc in winXP with a non administrator account, I must use "run as.." to run the program under administrator credentials. Otherwise I get an error and it won't process the data pack. This method though, doesn't let me see the graphic screen. The only way to use the program as intended is to run it on an administrator account.

Is this by design or a bug?
