I have been involved with SETI for several years as:

cigany@att.net, cigany@worldnet.att.net, and cigany@sbcglobal.net.

How can I get credit for my past usage?

Look in the forum recent posting and you'll find this question asked and answered about 100 times in the last 2 weeks.
Help and BOINC documentation is available here.

You can link your new BOINC account to one of the classic accounts. You cannot combine the three accounts. In the future, if you change email addresses, make the change in your current account. Do not create a new account.

In the 'getting started' section of the 'participate' page, there is a link to activate your classic account instead of creating a new account. As has been mentioned, you won't be able to combine three accounts.
