Hi out there!
May be I missed something, but since a couple of weeks my clients claim credit only after a manual connect to the scheduler, even if there are results ready for upload or have been uploaded recently. If one checks the results-per-computer page right after an upload , nothing has happened. After manual update the results show up on the stats page.
Did I made a mistake during config or what is the reason for this behavior?
Regards

Read "reporting process" in the Wiki ... then start to click through all the links to read up on the remaining words we defined.

Must be a reason we did that ... of course, remember that you will be getting "documentation cooties" for reading about this material ...
