Hi, since there was an recent outage problem it seems that all information about gained credit connected with my account is lost. There is also no information about my computers running boinc. Any suggestions?

Mostly we should avoid sending help requests to the developers. We need to have them developing the software, not running a help desk.

Does S@H show in your manager? Have you tried to update? If so, what happens?
