I've been noticing my computer is getting allmost twice as many credits as it has been claiming.

Is this the way it is supposed to happen?

Since the middle value of the three validated WU scores are awarded, then yes, this can happen.

Somewhere else, someone is wondering why they get less credit than claimed.
