In regards to the recent oft-repeated comments about the Fishing thread, I've renewed the old thread.....

Yesterday, I was fortunate enough to capture my first Chinook salmon of the new year and I hope any and all of you who fish can get out there and catch some similar kind of good eating.

We freeze and can fish for the pantry every year, but we so look forward to the return of these fish all winter, Nothing beats that first King of the year....
