Please excuse this simple question. I am new to MAC & while I have SETI running fine I cannot get the screensver to work. I know I have to put it in a file
but am not sure where to get it from nor for that matter where exactly to put it.

Andy:
I could be wrong, but I don't think the Mac versions of BOINC/SETI have a screen saver. If you want a screen saver, one comes as part of the Mac OS. In Panther (OS 10.3), it's in Systems Preference/Desktop & ScreenSaver. Personally, I don't use one, as it steals CPU cycles that couuld be used for SETI calculations. Instead I set my Systems Preference/Energy Saver to have the CPU go to sleep "never", and the display to go to sleep after 5 minutes - this makes the screen go black instead of having moving shapes on it. Touching almost any key, or moving the mouse, will wake the display back up. These settings allow SETI to number-crunch 24/7.
