Currently :-

* Running 7 projects
* All projects with work have -ve longterm debt
* All inactive projects have +ve longterm debt (pirates, Burp, LHC)


= No new work downloaded (still doing climate units in cache)


This is always going to be a problem when there are projects like Pirates & BURP with very little work available. They will build up big positive Longterm debts, which will leave other projects with negative debts.


Not sure how to easily fix this as resetting the projects will only end up fairly quickly in the same situation.
