I'm about to give up...I get the msg: "Scheduler RPC to http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi falied" - "No schedulers responded"

I've seen a couple of posts about this, but I've been getting this for an entire day now. I'm running boinc_4.35. (I also tried the command-line , but got the same message (deffering communication, etc.).
