Hello everyone,

I'm running 4.25 on a XPPro, SP1 machine, Boinc runs fine afaik, the messages do not indicate any problems, I just made a manual update of all five projects (all of my sig and Lattice), and all connected, upload and reporting work fine, everthing looks OK, but for the work tab.

It behaves like in the title mentioned. most of the data are outdated, new WUs do not appear, old one do not disappear, no change at all.

I tried F5, but as I suspected, no effect.

I've searched Pauls and this fora, and did find nothing. My problem is, that Lattice has no checkpoints implemented, but rather big WUs, so if I really close and restart Boinc, I will loose more than 8h Work on that WU (8h ist, what's shown now ;).

Anyone any idea?

I'll post the same over @Helpdesk Windows, so if anyone knows an answer here, please make a short notice there. I don't like double threads, that go long on both startups.

I've had this happen as well. Look in the task manager and see if the applications are actually running. If not, I dont see any other choice but to exit BOINC and restart it.

It's crunching WUs, reporting them, getting credit and all, every other tab works fine as well, and I hate loosing work (Lattice) because of this.
I'll give it at least another day to sort it out, as patience usally is a real virtue with Boinc.

Because of Lattice;)

Lattice is Alpha, and has up to now no Checkpoints implemented. And the WUs last from 12h to 30h. So you have to run it on 24/7 machines with 'stay in memory' activated, or it will restart all the time at the very beginning for another futile attempt to go through.

I just installed BoincView, and it showed the progress (like the taskmanager did all the time show who was crunching), but in the Status column of the work tab everything is 'suspended', even the crunching WU.
Strange...

Just one remark: The Lattice WU is now at 10h :)
