I was the only one who finished this wu successfully + somebody else reported a success but with a "Workunit error - check skipped" + 5 download errors. The wu was granted 0 credit. What could that be?

there have been previous threads discussing this, most specifically, Too Many Errors, validation cancelled

the 5 errors essentially told the validator that there was a problem with the WU, don't send it out any more. granted, we know that the problem was due to the extended outage, but it is a good failsafe. if they plan on checking on those further had not yet been disclosed, but there are much more important issues at the moment, esp with the demise of Classic soon.

You can blame this on those who are still running Boinc Client 4.13 because it can't resume an interrupted download like 4.19 or 4.25 can. What if that was/is the WU that has the signal we've been looking for, will it ever be sent out again for crunching?

98SE XP2500+ @ 2.1 GHz Boinc v5.8.8

And God said"Let there be light."But then the program crashed because he was trying to access the 'light' property of a NULL universe pointer.

That's my point: It is not about the credits, but is this wu lost only because of an outage? My pc showed that the wu is absolutely crunchable.
