My sign up date shows as April 3, 1999 which is incorrect. It should be November 14, 2004. what happened???

A few days ago they did something to make everyone's signup date correct. Whatever they did gave everyone a signup date of Apr 3,1999. When that problem was straightened out some people were left with the Apr 3, 1999 date while most people now have the correct signup date. They have probably been too busy with the other problems to figure out why.
