configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH
See 'config.log' for detals.

Ilooked at the log and can't make heads nor tails.
I'm guessing that SUSE has no builtin compiler.

if it is SuSE 9.2 you can download a rpm package from here:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/kboincspy/kboincspy-0.8.0-1.suse92.i586.rpm?download

a normal installation of SuSE does not include a compiler. you can install it with yast2
