I'm an owner of a seti@home classic account. I created it in 2001 and last day i tried to switch it to the new boinc system. Well, i clicked on the Activate It link i wrote my email address but it says me that it doesn't exist any account with that email... i don't know what to do. Now i created a new account, but i can't download any data, because it always says to me that the download is temporarly failed. I don't know what usually temporarly means in the rest of the world, but for my account means forever.
Could anyone tell me why i can't activate my old account or at leasr what i have to do to download new work units?

I had the same problem today. Since I created my account, I have changed my email address (which was after the data was copied on May 14, 2004). If you've changed your email address, try using the one you signed up with.

Im wondering if it's because I have a + sign in my email address.
