I just started to process a work unit which was then reported as faulty (one or more files missing). It then re-downloaded it, successfully, but it disappeared from the work list, and BOINC seemed to be processing nothing. So I exited BOINC. After restarting, the same thing happened immediately with the next work unit. Is it processing a hidden unit, or has it lost it? |

It has now just started on number 3 all on its own, completely ignoring the first two, which have appeared in my results list as download errors. I wonder why it re-downloaded the first two, I have never seen it do that before. Perhaps it's this new version 4.19, which I now see requests everything twice, and so the second request gets rejected as too recent, 17 sec. This is going to double-up on DB accesses. |

It could be the database playing up... I've got blank spots on my WU's completed and i know all have been sent. With things the way they are i wouldn't worry to much until the DB has been sorted out properly, be it that this could take some time. It might be worth you re-installing Boinc again to see if that solves your problem.... Just a thought |
