Does anyone have this running om a FreeBSD system?

If so, can I get a copy of the code.

Assuming that Darwin ppc/x86 counts as a BSD derivative, yes.

The source files for both the Boinc client and Setiathome are in the FreeBSD ports.

/astro/boinc-setiathome-4.07
/net/boinc-client-4.13_2

Just download the sources and compile
