Profile: Bob Vosberg

Personal background
I am one of the pioneers of digital communication. I worked for 28 years with Nortel Networks. Started with system installations, then 25 years of customer support. Emergency Technical Assistance and Support for most of it. Most of it supporting the SL-100 PBX. The SL-100 PBX was the flagship large PBX, sold to Military, Universities, Hospitals, and large corporations.

I am in my 50's. Don't have time for hobbies. I help out the Boy Scouts when I can.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I started in 99 letting unused computer cycles compile for SETI. I seemed like a worth while project and my computer were not doing much. SETI sounded like a good idea to donate something I was not using for charity.
