| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

The reason I use SETI@home is in the hope of contacting an extraterrestrial species. Hopefully one more advanced than us, who can bring back some order into this mad world we live in and teach us how to use this ever increasing technology for peace rather than war.
I would like to give my thanks to all the millions of people who are also also contributing to this fantastic venture, and whoever knows, one day there may be contact?
