Profile: Ron Hatchman

Personal background
It live in Brisbane Australia I work in IT for Health Department. In my spare time I build old computers for unemployed people and train them.
I am running a 754 AMD ABIT GURU at 2.244GHz and a 939 ASROCK AMD at 1.800GHz I am waiting for the dual core CPU's to come down in price then we will crunch the numbers. The other project is I am building a Beowulf supercomputer with 5 1 GIG Intel Pentium and 1 64 bit laptop as the master node. When this is all done it will get stuck into SETI Projects. But as always time is my problem.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
You should let people who want to do a lot of project download more than two. My computers only have 2 projects each on them running at once and your SETI Network won't let me send any projects off at the moment and my computers are idle now. But they could be running if we were able to download more in case of network problems at your end or to many users trying to access at once. So if your network goes belly up we can still scan SETI Projects.
