Personal background
I was born in West Virginia to a military family so we moved around a bit.
Arrived in California in 1960. I became an ET and worked on microsoft soft cards for Apple ][e then on a product to compliment the MAC and the MAC Plus. Then the work went to Mexico and I didn't think it was the right move.
I became a laborer after that!
I play guitar and write songs.
I can be heard at my website firstchurchofplanetearth.com
The recordings are very soft so the best way to enjoy the music is late at night, under your covers, with a good set of headphones on!
I've written two books, one is a novel and the other is factual information to support the novel. There's a blog on my website and I would love to hear from each and every one of you!
I've copyrighted the novel thru the copyright office in Washington but it hasn't been produced in any volume yet. I've built something like twenty-eight books myself and a few friends have read it so far. It has a futuristic storyline and there are tons and tons of robots! It was created to dispel the idea that technology will replace people or eat them or whatever sensationalism folks wanna scare themselves with. In my view technology will, at long last, free humanity from drudge work and we'll all live happy go lucky lives something like dolphins do out in the sea! Sure, I'm a dreamer!!!!!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. Why do I run SETI@home?

Yes, well, Jodie Foster! Contact! Carl Sagan!
But I was doing SETI with you guys before they even made the movie

2. What are your views about the project?

I think ET encloses their entire solar systems so that no one will ever see them.
That's why you guys need dark matter to explain your calculations. There are trillions of intelligent civilizations that we'll never find out about for this reason. But if we keep up the good work a snippet of signal may someday escape!
And, of course, they're actually us. We simply solved time travel and created an almost infinite number of us. We're still doing it, by the way! We just don't want us to know about it, yet!(:--:)(:--:)

3. Any suggestions?

You should seriously tell all your friends to rethink that Big Bang Theory. What you're calling background radiation is just the part you can't see yet. I was amazed that when Hubble got a clear view the anouncement came out "Guess, what! The universe is twice as big as we thought it was. Yet it's still fourteen billion light years to the "'outter limit'". Further, we're smack dab in the middle! Haven't we been thru this before? What we're smack dab in the middle of is our point of view ....
The real reason light appears to have a Doppler effect is that the universe spins just like galaxies or solar systems. The light is still traveling at the same speed, we're just seeing it at an angle. :0 OMG! Our view is skewed .... ;)
