Cara Mico is a research biologist and environmental consultant in Nehalem Oregon. She founded Demeter Design in 2005 with her partner and husband Lindsay Mico. Since that time Demeter Design has completed numerous habitat and water quality assessments throughout Oregon. Her work is available for download at
