Personal background
Hi!
I'm a 11-year-old boy from Shanghai,China.
I have been in this project for 3 years.
---------------------------------------------------
The above was written around 6 to 7 years ago.
I am 18 now and is studying in the United States, not for an Astrophysics major, sadly.
Glad that I got a computer and kinda have a life now, contributing to my dream nearly a decade ago (I joined in 2010).
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@home because of my interest in astronomy.
I think that the universe is so big that there should be Extraterrestrial lifen the universe.
I think SETI@home shoulde have faster internet speed.
----------------------------------------------------
1. To continue my childhood dreams and seek peace of mind, knowing that I contributed to one of the most grandeur goals of humanity.
2. SETI is really struggling with the decreasing number of volunteers right now. It's kinda sad to see this program gradually wither.
3.I would leave the experts' work to themselves, having faith in their enthusiasm and wisdom.
