Well, I'm a Physics student at the University Colorado. I play guitar in a band. That's about it for now. Till I Figure something else to type here.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Yes, I do believe that there is other life outside of our infantesimal bubble in the vastness of space. It seems improbable to me that life would have only occured once in such a vast universe.
I think it will be a while before we make contact thought. Unless they make contact with us first. I think untill we can cross the cosmos ourselves and take a look we are at a disadvantage. But in the mean time we might as well listen to the sky's for a hint, or even a possible attempt to contact us.
I think the benefits would far out weigh the dangers if we made contact.
