Profile: Lee WA7OBH

Personal background
Born and raised in Montana, my wife and I moved to Florida in 1997 where I work as an investigator for the State of Florida. My goal is to move back to Montana and build a log home overlooking the Beaverhead Valley. I am 57 years old and am a very active ham radio operator with special interests in lighthouses and islands. I also am an avid Montana history buff and have authored two books, and am an avid photographer as well. I shoot 35 mm and digital, both Olympus. Astronomy is one of my special interests as well, and sure miss the clear dark skies in Montana. Instead of discovering SETI on the computer, maybe I can spot him first with my C-8.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI at home because I believe there is life out there, and it has to be discovered somehow, why not this method?
