I'm from Newfoundland (home of the Jigg's dinnner and moose!).
I live in Calgary, AB and travel south from time to time.
I started this project on August 12, 2009 in honor of my fiance' deceased father who was one of the people who worked on the Antenna Receiver Array that captures all the raw data from Space at the Arecibo Radio Observatory.
My short range goal is to achieve 100,000 work units of credit for the Seti@Home project and from there we'll see what happens.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think it's cool and I love the screen saver! :)
It would be even cooler if we could actually contact someone from another planet; because if we think we're the only ones in this galaxy - we're on glue!
