Hi, I am Christian. I am 38 years old and work as a consultant for an international consulting company in germany. I was born in Duesseldorf but now live in Krefeld with my wife. I am using SETI since January 2000, mostly on just 1 computer. Hobbies: I like to go to the cinema (once a week on the average!), I like reading books, mostly F/SF stuff, sometimes also "literature" :) I also like going out with friends to a pub or similar, drinking one or three glasses of red wine. I enjoy computer games and roleplaying, although time does not permit as much of this as I would like to. I like listening to music (right now its "The Offspring"/Americana), mostly rock/punk/metal but I also like classic music and film scores.
Well...thats it. Hope someone reads this and does not fall asleep while doing it. :) Have fun looking for aliens out there. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I believe there is "something out there", and I like contributing to the search for "it"... whatever it is.
2. I like the idea of everyone participating in the search. That makes me feel like an ant in a giant anthill, searching for something, hoping it is something beneficial.
