My name is Matt, friends call me Doc. I am a college student with 4 more years left in medical school, and 2 more left in nursing. I work as a paramedic, and I enjoy helping people. I'm 28, I'm from Dallas Texas, however I reside in KY at this time.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1.) I run SETI at home, because I want to be a part of the team that helps find the answer to the age old question, 'Is there life Out there.'

2.) I think that is an important part of science. Not only if we can answer the question, but if there is life out there, other then our own. We owe it to them to see what they want, what they are like, did we come from them, or did they come from us? Were we all together once, if so did we all evolve differently due to the cause and strain of our own planets? I think it would be a huge leap in scientific data as we know it.

3.) No suggestions at this time.
