| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

In my opinion, extraterrestrial life exists without a smidge of a doubt. We will find it. its just a matter of time, whether it wants to be found or not. The reason I run SETI@home in such a religious fashion, on two strong computers full time, is that I think it's the single most important thing you can use your computer for. Afterall, whether we find extraterrestrial life today or in one hundred years depends on how much we know about space. Since SETI is a great way to explore space and find out information about it, I'm just glad to help.
