| My name is Matt Myrfield. I am 25 yrs old. I am from minnesota originally, but now live in Grand Forks, ND, where i attend the University of North Dakota. I am an environmental geography major and a geology minor. I enjoy exploring in my back yard, as well as space. I can't really get into space to explore though so I do the next best thing...., I listen. I have always been facsinated by the possibilities of extra terrestrial life. I do this because it is something i can contribute with little effort and almost zero consiquence. I hope all of you enjoy this as much as i do. | I think this is cool that i can be a part of this and help search for Alien signals. If i was to devote my computing power to anything, this is what it would be, and i am thankful there is an opportunity to do it. I think the project should keep up the good work and keep expanding. A suggestion i have would be to keep the seti community and especially the users logged in computing data, about the progress being made, wether anything ever looks interesting in regards to a signal, and the overall progress of government involvement and support, and maybe even financials. |
