| Hi, I'm a 53 year old mother of 3, a recent widow, from the USA, and I've been an amateur astronomer since July, 1985. I've always wondered night after night as I sit out stargazing if anyone else is out there, circling the star I'm looking at on another planet, looking at our star and wondering if anyone is looking back. I'd love to see SETI discover a signal from space! |

| I run SETI at home because I have an overwhelming sense of wonder about the universe, and what might be out there. Even though I've been an amateur astronomer for almost 25 years, I’m still learning about the stars, and I wanted to participate in searching for any extraterrestrial neighbors we might have. I think ultimately SETI will be successful in discovering an alien signal. |
