| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| Originally used SETI@home back in 2001-2003 on a 1997 desktop. Loved the idea of contributing idle CPU time to the distributed search for signals from beyond our little solar system via Arecibo data (and always did), but had to stop for a few years due to the old PC getting too sluggish.... HOWEVER... just got a new 2008 Quad Core desktop, so... SETI@home computations shall resume! |
