I'm in my forties, living in Kouvola, Finland. [That's Europe for you yankees. ;-) ] Currently studying business logistics. My hobbies include eg cooking, computers, reading, flight simulators, photography, watching movies etc. I'm a hardcore fan of fighter aircraft – the louder, the better. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I think it is a brilliant idea. I thought of running SETI years ago, but only now had the possibility to start.
2. Hard to say exactly. It doesn't seem to be that probable to find E.T. Intelligence, but who can really say? So it won't hurt anybody if we analyze the incoming data.
3. The whole SETI project seems to be a little distant to the common man. Someone could (and should) start to make it more visible using traditional media. |
